The catering was the best catering ever. Not only was the food really good, the service they provided was top notch, at a very reasonable price. Jodi made the whole process extremely easy and the food was the last thing I worried about at my wedding. Also, a lot of my guests have already told me they loved the food.

They were so wonderful to work with and helpful along the way, working with us to stay within our budget while also providing an incredible meal. The tri tip absolutely melted in your mouth and the chicken breast was delicious as well. I can’t say enough about the mashed potatoes except that they are so good that I’ve had them for almost every meal since the wedding without getting tired of them yet! Jodi, Brad, and the whole McKillip family are incredibly talented caterers and they absolutely deliver when it comes to incredibly delicious food at scale!

Over the last year, we've worked with them to develop menus for our 50 head rehearsal and 200 head reception dinner. With only a few phone calls, they made adjustments and accommodations for our food restricted guests and responded thoughtfully to nuances we wanted in our menu. They were responsive and listened to our input, but also provided feedback for what's worked in the past. We felt very heard and the conversations felt like a partnership.

Our rehearsal was a beef brisket and pulled pork (with beans, slaw, and a quinoa salad side) which were all out of this world: slow cooked to perfection with a delicious spice mixture plus a bevy of hand picked BBQ sauces. It was a hit with our guests who love BBQ, and there were plenty of vegetarian & gluten free options provided as well. Everyone got enough to eat, and there were killer leftovers.

During our cocktail hour, WP laid out an artful spread of cheeses, antipasto, and cured meats with crackers & dips - it kept our guests happy and fed until dinner. I unfortunately didn't get to try this because of photos, but it was all gone when we got back, which was a great sign that it was a hit.

For our reception dinner, we opted for their salmon (WP is very careful about sourcing) and grilled chicken which were both cooked to PERFECTION and tasted incredible with McKillip's homemade herb & spice mixtures. For sides they threw together elevated versions of known classics: mashed potatoes with gravy (no joke, life changing gravy), garlic green beans, with green & quinoa salads. I have never loaded up a bigger plate of delicious food in my life, and it just so happened to be our wedding meal. Good lord it was delicious, and you could genuinely tell with each bite that Jodi & Brad go above and beyond to source quality ingredients, and when those are combined with their expertise you get to reap the benefit of an excellent meal at an insanely reasonable price from really nice and hardworking people. They also ran NA beverage (ice water, mint lemonade) and coffee service (crucial for the dance floor) for the event as well.

We were so overjoyed with everything, the feedback we got from our guests was overwhelmingly positive. We're happy to share to anyone considering WP Catering, that the McKillip family is truly a family of professionals - and you should absolutely hire McKillip's Western Pacific Catering to cater your wedding or any event at that. I will absolutely be recommending them to anyone I can, and dreaming about that plate of food I loaded up the night I got married.

Jodi and team were amazing! We wanted cheese burgers for our wedding. We were having difficulty finding a caterer that would do this for us. Jodi said no problem! If you want the best food at your event look no further. Working with Brad and Jodi to plan your party is a breeze and the food is top notch. One year after our daughter’s wedding and we still get compliments on the food. The price is extremely competitive and you won’t get better grilled meat anywhere else. Brad is a master at the grill. Everything he prepares is amazing but I personally recommend the salmon and tri tip. Hands down the best mouth watering salmon that melts in your mouth.

Brad and Jodi are a well oiled machine capable of serving large or small crowds with ease. I highly recommend them if you want to treat your guests to the best.

5 stars is literally not enough to rate this company. Brad and Jodie (& family) catered our daughter's wedding. From the initial conversation through the wedding and even after, they kept us informed and updated at all times. They made us feel as if they were catering their own event and made sure that everything was perfect.

The food - wow. They served Tri-tip, BBQ chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, salad and rolls. Additionally, they had iced-tea, lemonade and water available to our guests. At the last minute we decided to add coffee and they were happy to include that as well. Everyone raved about the food - several commented that it was the best food they had had at a wedding.

I will not ever look for another caterer when hosting an event - Brad & Jodie will be my go to.

When I booked Western Pacific Catering for our August 2021 wedding, I chose them based on their reviews, menu options and reasonable price. Jodi was quick to respond to my inquiry and after our first phone consultation I felt comfortable moving forward. From that point on Brad and Jodi went above and beyond for me. They worked around my schedule and drove three hours out of their way just to scout out my venue and ensure we would be set for the big day.

On the day of our wedding we arrived at the venue just as Brad was firing up the grill for the tri tip, chicken and salmon. It smelled amazing! The appetizer table was set up beautifully. All of this added to the overall experience of the day.

I can’t say enough about the food. It was absolutely delicious. Every guest who reminisced on the wedding always mentioned how good the food was. After dinner came to a close, the team packaged the remaining food for us and stored it in the refrigerator. These left-overs did not go to waste! Every last piece of food was enjoyed. Once everything wrapped up with the catering we were lucky enough to catch Brad and Jodi on the dance floor! We loved that they celebrated with us.

They say at your wedding people remember 2 things. The music and the food, and because of that we're so happy we went with Western Pacific Catering. We hosted an outdoor wedding late August 2020. There are many elements required to make an event successful. All are made more difficult in a pandemic. In my view, the caterer is a critical component. Brad, Jodi and crew were fantastic. From the initial site survey (months before the event) to the wedding dinner, they were great. Our expectation is professionalism and excellent food. They checked every box. They said what they would do and then they did it. They allowed us, the hosts, to enjoy our son's wedding.

We had a large rehearsal dinner (40+ people) and a wedding with 160 people eating. A wedding is always a lot of work. Doing it while meeting the state's requirements to do the event during a pandemic, even more so. Brad and Jodi were up on all the safety protocols for serving food to large group. To meet state mandates and have a good event event requires every aspect of the operation to be on point. Our event was very successful. Western Pacific Catering was a big part of that.

They have many menu offerings. We had salmon and sides for the rehearsal dinner. It was superb. We opted for chicken and trip tip as the main course for the wedding. We had a bunch of sides to choose from. We went with the spinach salad w/ walnuts and tangerines, corn, mashed potatoes and gravy, fruit salad and a dinner roll. Everything was excellent. Many of our guests made a point of saying how much they enjoyed the food. Our videographer said she has done many weddings and the food was the best she had eaten. Here is the great part...their pricing is very good!

Much time and effort was put into the event to make sure people enjoyed themselves while we met all the Covid protocols. We were very satisfied with the job they did and the food was ample and absolutely delicious. If we have an event that needs a caterer we will definitely call Western Pacific. I highly recommend them.

Jodi was the best thing to happen to my wedding! They made it so easy for us I didn’t have to worry about a thing! The day of the wedding they got there and did their thing and I will remember their food for the rest of my life that’s how amazing it was! The food was so good it’s a month later and I’m still hearing from my guests how good it was!

The only thing I regret is they don’t have a restaurant and if they did I’d be eating there all the time! Not only was the food good but these are just amazing people and great to work with my wedding turned out so great and a lot of that is due to them and their commitment to making it a good day for us! We had the tri-tip and bbq chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy with salad and rolls and not one bit of it wasn’t amazing! Everything was so fresh the meat was so good, the potatoes and gravy makes me want more every day!

My husband and I were looking for a caterer for our wedding, the only thing that we were dead set on was that it had to be BBQ. We had the hardest time trying to find a place until we unexpectedly found Western Pacific Catering on our venue's website. I called Jodi right away and crossed my fingers that our date was still available. She was incredibly easy to work with from scheduling, to questions about food, to the day of the event. Jodi was great at responding to emails and even spent time with me on the phone hashing out last minute details.

Now to the day of the wedding, they showed up when they said they would and set up in the exact place we discussed. Everyone was thrilled to see open BBQs full of delicious smelling tri-tip and chicken. Both Brad and Jodi approached Gabe and I at different times to make sure we were going to get a chance to eat. It was so nice to have such authentic friendly folks to work with.

The tri-tip was on point and probably my favorite thing I ate that night, it even trumped my cake - LOL. Close in second was the garlic mashed potatoes, wow! It's been a couple/few weeks since the wedding and I'm still hearing how delicious the food was from my family and friends. We had tri-tip, BBQ chicken, mixed greens salad, corn, garlic mashed potatoes and rolls w/ butter.

This past weekend I had the pleasure of playing in the Neskowin Beach Golf Course community tournament and it culminated in a banquet on Sunday night. The meal was so exceptional I made a point of finding out who put it on: Western Pacific Catering. I believe it was one of the best catered meals I have ever eaten. They fed 150 people so fast and well, with two lines moving easily thru a logical and practical layout, that there was only a short wait in line.

The menu was green salad, mashed potatos, brown gravy with mushrooms, dinner rolls, sliced pork & sliced beef. Here's the real deal: the salad was cold and all the rest was hot for everyone, even for those of us returning for seconds (and there were a lot of us)! no lukewarm food! The meats were being sliced to order for every diner. When everyone was full, there was still more of EVERYTHING available! That never happens in my experience. Another important note: lots of real butter and a very nice horseradish sauce for the meats. Speaking of the meats, both the pork and the beef sliced easily with a plastic knife. They were that good!

Just when it couldn't get any better, they brought out the homemade blackberry cobbler, vanilla ice cream, AND REAL WHIP CREAM. Again, as much as anyone wanted; they never ran out!

Everyone on staff seemed to work effortlessly and with a smile. If I need catering, I'll know where to find it.

Western Pacific Catering agreed to cater our wedding on a last minute notice (at least in the wedding world). Our "Plan A" fell through and at that point we were desperate for a caterer. In the end, I am so glad we got to serve their food at our wedding. It was delicious! We had so many rave reviews. The buffet table was beautifully yet simplistically set up. The chicken was tender as was the beef. The green beans were perfectly cooked, the salad perfectly dressed and OMG the mashed potatoes!

My French mother was very impressed by the quality of the food and the skills of the cooks, so that says a lot. Jodi told me how much pride she took in her product and it really shows!

Western Pacific Catering recently catered my wedding and it was amazing! The food was great, the best wedding food I've ever had! The owners are awesome; they do whatever they can to accommodate to your venue and your vision. They take such pride in their food and work. You won't find a better caterer for your wedding. Everyone in my family loved the food. I would pick them a hundred times over again and will recommend them to everyone I know!

On November 14th, my husband and I attended our 5th wedding in the past 4 months. The food prepared by Western Pacific Catering at last Saturday's wedding was as good as any meal you would order at a fancy restaurant in Portland. It was served by some of the nicest people you could ever meet.

The food was amazing, great flavor, hot and the salads were fresh. There were never any empty bowls on the catering line; the staff was quick to replace with new servings as soon as one would begin to empty. Thank you for an amazing dinner!

Our daughter's wedding this summer (2015) was catered by Western Pacific Catering. Brad and Jody were easy to work with from beginning to end. They were very helpful in preparing for the big day. There were no surprises and we were very pleased.

They arrived early on our warm summer day. The barbecue tri- tip was cooked at the venue and smelled so good. The meal was amazing and there was plenty of food for seconds and leftovers.
